Nefab RePak is a compact and easy-to-handle returnable packaging system. Constructed of plywood and steel components, Nefab RePak containers are designed to withstand the rigors of multi-use, and are available in a variety of standard and customized sizes. The product is collapsible to save space in return shipments and storage. General rule of thumb is that the Nefab RePak has a collapsibility ratio of 1/5 that of a standard nailed wood crate.

Repak P
Nefab Repak P is a pallet collar with either four or six galvanized hinges. An important feature of the pallet collar is its modular structure. The pallet collars can be easily customized dimensionally, the size of the packaging can be varied by the number of collar used-facilitating an optimized unit load. Besides, they present optional features such as handle holes, drop down gates and various forms of surface treatment. This type of box is usually made in 12.5mm thickness plywood.
Repak T
Nefab Repak T is a reusable solution that consists of three separate parts, the lid, the frame and the fixed base attached to a pallet.This style of packaging is recommended for heavy or bulky goods. When folded, the frame can be put into the bottom collar and make it easy to ship. This type of box is usually made in 12.5mm thickness plywood.
Repak L
Nefab Repak L is a reusable packaging solution made of sheet material. The material is as thin as Nefab Expak Box, but under this structure, during regular operation conditions, a single Nefab Repak L can replace more than 50 expendable packagings. Lifetimes of more than 200 transport cycles have been reported.
